Not Home is a simple utility to replace the paper Not at Home slip. You will find using this to be easy, fun and quick. Read the rest of this manual to understand how to use Not Home and some ideas of keeping multiple records of the same street. Be sure to share this with any of the friends using a Palm OS handheld.

  Splash Screen

  Not Home Form

This form is where your data is entered. You can add the date, street name, territory number, house number and condition (i.e. NH = Not Home). Each page allows for 22 entries before you need to create a new page. I suggest using the territory number field to enter a through z as a way of showing additional info. (i.e. 21, 21a, 21b, etc.)

The Buttons

Str = Add a Street                                            NH = Not Home

Nt = Add a Note                                              CA = Call Again

N = Create New Form                                     DNW = Do Not Work

D = Delete Form                                              X = Delete This House

Bm = Beam Database

H = Home to the List

  List Screen

The List screen shows all entries you have made into the Not Home program. You will be able to sort them by street name once you enter the street name into the database.

  Street Name Screen

Here you can add street names or delete them as you need to. This database can be filtered in the List screen so you can find your entries quicker.

  Note Screen

Here is where you can quickly jot down notes about the street you are working. Each note stays attached to each database. If you create a new NH form, you will have a blank Note to start any additional information on.

I hope you enjoy using this program. Feel free to contact me in reference to any problems or ideas on how to improve this utility. Contact me at binghams2@cox.net
